Emancipation In B.C., Canada

Im looking for the laws on Emancipation in Canada. Im 15 and i wanna move out this summer (when i turn 16). I can get consent from my Parents. I was wondering if i need to be Emancipated in order to rent property? Also because im planning to move in with someone who will only be 15 would they need to be emancipated as well or? Is there anything i should know before i attempt this?

That question has been brought up many times here and no one has found a statute or reference. This is a US based site
