Default Pay Change Notification in California

Is there a minimum amount of time in CA that an employer must tell you that your pay or commision is being changed? Our commision plan has been changed twice this year with only 2 days notice each time.

I don't think there is a time limit as long as the change is on a go forward basis. They can't change commissions/wages already earned.

Do you have any type of employment contract that addresses this?

To my knowledge, there are very few states that require a certain number of days advance notice for a pay decrease and, surprisingly, California is not one of them.
