Default Contractor Not Paid After Home Renovations

My Company Does Kitchen And Bath Remodeling In Florida, We Are Licensed And Insured But Due To Chioce Remain A Small Company. Over The Past Year We Have Had Several Customers Refuse To Pay According To The Signed Contract. Yes, I Know I Can Go To Small Claims Court, But Do I Have Any Right To Remove From Their Property Materials Installed (such As Doors).

Our Contract States 1/3 At Signing 1/3 At Start And 1/3 At Completion. We Have Had Customers Not Pay The Second Installment, And Customers Refuse To Sign Off And Not Pay The Final Payment. Do I Have Any Rights Other Than Court Or A Lien ???

    Thanks

Why wouldn't you use a lien?
