If (big if) CPS removes you from home its likely the will see if other family members are willing to take you. It certainly isnt impossible for a family to care for you and you and them can bring that up to CPS as an option if they decide to remove you from the home

well my closest family is in NY so i dont think that will happen, and im hoping they would since its an abusive household and what not. I think im gonna talk to a counsler at school or someone in the courthouse to see what my chances are cuz i really dont want to be here anymore.

last September my dad choked me and punched me in the face, i ran about 2 miles to a friends house and went to my work place where numerous people saw the black eye he left and the finger marks around my neck.

im pretty sure thats abuse.
