Default Visa Expired - Consequences of Overstay

My F1 visa got expired on Dec7, my question is that if I overstay in US, will it be a problem with my brother. He is also on F1 visa. Or will it be a problem for my parents, they both have 10 year visitors visa. I mean if my brother will apply for H1 visa, will it cause any problem for him or can my parents come here without any problem. My father got the visa few months ago and he will come US in a few months, I want to know that do the immigration officer at the airport will be able to identify that his son [me] have overstayed the visa ?
I am on suspension now from University and If i go back I will not be able to come back. Please help.

Please I neeed your reply or help.

Are your relatives facilitating your overstay?

No they are overseas and my father got the visa last month. My mom came last year and left in 5 months. If i overstay, then is there will be any problem for him in the immigration at the airport ?

Even after your visa is expired on your passport stamp, if you have maintained the full time student status and you have valid I-20, you are not out of status. You are still ok with your F-1 Student Status. Status and Visa is 2 different thing. Visa is required only for the entry to US. Next time when you travel outside of US, you need to apply for F-1 Visa and get visa stamped to enter US. And you being out of status won't affect other's visa, since it is all based on the indivduals and case by case.
