Question Injured In Nevada While In Route To Work

My company allows employees to use a tourist bus that is used for customers to commute the 45 miles to and from the job site. I have to pay a fare to ride the bus. While going to the job site, the bus was side swiped by another car and several passengers suffered injuries including me. Is this work comp or can I file a auto BI claim?

This is a charter bus provided by your employer, but (a) operated by a third party, (b) not mandatory to use, and (c) fare-based? It doesn't sound like there would be a worker's compensation claim under those facts; but even if there were, you should still have a third party claim against the bus company and driver.
