alright, with that said, if i was prosecuted, whats the worst sentence i could get and the best? if i get a DA you think i can just be in probation?

thanks for helping, you made me feel a little better tho, like seriously i wanted to die. well i stole like 900$ of stuff, so im guessing grand theft? i heard you can go to jail for that. and that its a felony. i just ruined my future, ill never find a job if i get prosecuted. maybe join the marines?

even if i turned myself in? and im still in high school, but im 18. (went to school late) just got accepted to college also. are those any factors? or are judges robots and have no emotion?

you think a DA would lighten the sentence? bring the felony into maybe a misdemeanor? or probation, or maybe a miracle and dismiss the trial

We cant say and your worrying over this when no charges have been file dand its not likely they will. The store has nothing to gain by filing charges. Pay the Civil Demand and move on with your life
