    Default Shoplifting At Walmart Advice

    ok..i was seen shoplifting at walmart and a guy came over and tried to stop me so i walked away and left the store walked to my car and left, it was a $10 xbox game and i wanted to know if they will follow up. also i didnt take the game, i left it and the case in the store. is there any legal action they can take against me if they cought the license plate on my car? also the car is under my parents insurance since i had a few tickets.

    If they identify you as the thief, they can attempt to charge you with stealing the game.
