    Default Co-Owner Not Paying Mortgage

Is there anything i can do if my real estate partner refuses to pay their part of the mortgage? Will i just have to eat it and pay or risk ruining my credit?
The co-owner moved out and was just approved on a new rental and gave me a two week notice. The co-owner has threatened not to pay the mortgage for next month.

You can sue for partition or sale, but that will cost you $$$ in legal fees.
