    What is the statute of limitation on a drug conviction in iowa for one seed of marijuana?

    There is no statute of limitations on a conviction. A statute of limitations relates to the time between when an offense occurs and when charges are filed.

    Default Iowa

    Well thank you for clearning that up for me. Does anyone know a way around having to do the time. Is there a way we need to approach this to get house arrest, community service, etc. anything other than physically going to jail. any help will be very much appreciated.
