Court for MIP In Oregon

I wrote previously about an MIP I was issued after being at a party that got busted and the police officers had wrote everyone MIPs.
I was not drinking at the party, but was still issued one, without a breathalyzer, along with about 20 others.
My municipal court appearance is tomorrow.
I am pleading NOT GUILTY. I will say that I was not drinking at the party,
did not have beer in my hand, and was not given a breathalyzer.
Is there anything else I need or should say?

On my citation it says 'MIP'- is there more information in the police report and will i be allowed to see that before the court proceedings?

See what happens when you get to court. Sometimes when a lot of tickets are handed out (relatively indiscriminately) the prosecutor will offer a good deal. If the offer isn't acceptable and you want to fight the ticket, I suggest consulting a local criminal defense lawyer.

Have you tried to get a police report yet? You may be able to get one from the prosecutor's office in advance of the hearing. Also, the odds are pretty good that one of the other people who was there will show up in court with a lawyer and a copy of the police report, and they may let you read it.
