    Default Employer Sued Breach Of Contract

    I have joined company A in CA by writing a contract stating that "i have 2 pay $20K reg expenses accomodation blah blah... if i leave the company before 18 months".I have worked for him for some months and changed my employer.He made good money on me and did not pay me much.Now he has sued me reg breach of contract and fraud.Can i win the case?If i loose how much i have to pay?can i counter sue him?Please advice
