Emancipation In North Carolina

So.... i'm familiar with the north carolina emancipation laws and such. i don't intend to go into detail as to what or why, but i turn 16 this month, and emancipation sounds really, really peachy. My current living environment isn't that bad, save for the occasional verbal abuse, but the last three husbands my mother's had haven't been too accommodating, and that hasn't helped my relationship much. honestly, we'd both love it if i could get emancipated. i'm jsut scared of causing problems with my siblings if i try it, and i'm not even sure if i could do it. i don't get my license till july, and i currently don't have a job. any help or suggestions would be great

Yes first get a job nothing else matters until you do that first. Once you have the job comeback

Not just, a job, but a job that pays you enough for self-support while simultaneously going to school.
