Who To Contact For Emancipation In California

I'm 16 and looking to be emancipated in california.
My reason is different from most of the stories on here.. I dont know if it'll fly so I wanted your oppinion on my case..

My dad is crazy and i hate him. Im 99% sure hes bipolar b/c he has the symptoms and it runs in the family but he wouldnt take medicine for it in a million years though. He beat me blue (bleeding and everything) till I was 12 or 13 but I dont have that excuse anymore because he finally stopped. He's done some horrible things too due to his major anger issues. I have 4 older siblings who went through alot worse than me and I also have 4 younger siblings. He does some weird things because of his crazy doctrines about christianity. Anyways, the thing is I dont think all this would matter in court because he doesn't really do them anymore..I'm just verbally abused and threatened.

But that isn't the main reason I want to emancipate myself. It's because I want to go to school. Like I said, my dad has crazy beliefs and he's basically against EVERYTHING, like MOST even G-rated movies (lol). But ESPECIALLY school. So I've been homeschooled my whole life. He literally FORCED my mom to homeschool 9 kids. it doesn't work for me though. Im THROUGH with it. I dont accomplish ANYTHING at home anymore and I want my education!!! I want to go to college and succeed in life but he's not letting me. (by the way he also thinks it's wrong to succeed in life. That's a "sin"). He is violating my civil rights. The law is I have to go to school. There must be some law against f***ers like this.

He does everything in his power to make me and my siblings miserable because thats the "Godly way" (He really believes this!) So my other question was.. Do you think I'd have to get his permission to be emancipated, because if so... It's COMPLETELY out of the question. lol. It makes me laugh to even THINK about what he would say.. haha.

Basically i'm asking for an email, phone number, or something like of someone that I can talk to about this. Also, is it true minors can get attorneys free? If so does someone have the contact info for one?

Oh one more thing..I do have a job and all that but it's not necessary for me to move out. I just want to go to school. I heard I can get emancipated but don't have to move out. Is this true? My dad would be HORRIFIED but I bet my mom would be happy for me.
