    Default Assigning Gaurdianship

We are getting ready to move to another state and my daughter does not want to move from MA. Can we assign gaurdianship to my parents without going to court so that she can continue going to the High School that she is currently attending?

Possibly. You will have to ask the high school if a power of attorney is enough, or if they would require a court-ordered guardianship.
