Unhappy How to Get Visitation if Your Child Lives in a Different State

Child was concieved in florida, then born in new york, man flew to new york to establish paternity. Once paternity was established man went to nw york again to sign up for visitation but mother has moved to texas with out notifying father. Father hires a private investagator to find mother. Now that she is found she has married another and will not allow bio- father visitation. How does he going about geting visitation(with limited resources-money) and he lives in florida and the child stays in texas?

How long ago did the child move to Texas? Was there ever a custody or support order entered in New York?
