Our back property line abutting a neighbor's site is marked on 2 ends by 2 iron pipes, as mentioned and dimensioned in our deed and shown on the plot plan at the deed registry. A recent survey we had done confirmed both to be accurate. The neighbor is trying to develop his site and has been presenting plans that show that property line 5-6' into my property. They have been showing supposedly registered plans and recent surveys based on those plans, but there are no markers in the field for their alleged prop. line. Which side has the stronger argument in this case? What can I do to strengthen my position if this gets worse and goes to court? This is a site in MA. Thank you.
