Possession Of Alcohol in Georgia

Im 18, I was riding back with my friend and she was pulled over because her tag light was out. The officer then said he smelled marijuana, he asked me to step out of the car. He searched me and found a flask in my pocket. He asked me if I had been drinking I told him I had a drink 3 hours ago at home, he turned the flask upside down and 3 drops came out. They searched the car...they found nothing. They didnt breathalyze me and they poured out what they thought was alcohol. I was arrested for alohol possesion. Im on probation also. Do I stand a good chance in fighting this? If not what can I look forward to in court? Thanks in advance.

Also he asked me what was in the flaskI told him I didnt know. I told him I got it from my father. Under the 3-3-23 in Georgia "(a) It is unlawful for any person KNOWINGLY to violate any prohibition contained in Code Section 3-3-23, relating to furnishing alcoholic beverages to, and purchasing, attempting to purchase, and possession of alcoholic beverages by, a person under 21 years of age." I told him I didnt know what was in the flask will that help at all?

Do you think either a court or your probation officer will believe that you didn't know what was in the flask you were carrying, particularly given that you admitted to having been drinking?

I dont know but its worth a shot and plus there were three drops in the flask I cant believe that I was arrested in the first place, it makes no sense.
