    Angry Fraudulent Inspection

I recently purchased a 2000 Malibu from a nationwide dealer in Virginia. I was having some trouble with the car, and took it in to thier chosen mechanic to find out that the front suspension is completely ruined. The dealership refused to pay for repairs because it was not under warranty, but there is an new inspection sticker on the car and the suspension is supposed to be checked during such an inspection. I was wondering if this is any grounds for voiding the contract, or do i even have a leg to stand on in court?

Um... because you're impatient? If you need an immediate answer, there are thousands of lawyers who will take your money and give you one. If you want a free answer from volunteers, you get to wait until a volunteer feels like helping you. Being rude and demanding doesn't make volunteers want to help you.

What did your mechanic say about the cause of the transmission failure, and how easily it might have been detected in this "new inspection" you mention.

    1. im sorry it just seemed like my question was being avoided and i was curious why.
2.The state inspection in Virginia is meant to verify the safety of the car for the upcoming year, and in such an inspection the suspension is checked. So one could assume, if a mechanic was doing his job, it would have been easily detected.

    3.thanks for answering.
