have a friend that was felony charged by wv grand jury for embezelment and misuse of money for approx $8000. has never been arrested and didnt face grand jury as was a sealed inditement. question is if not caught how long is the statute of limitations before she couldnt be arrested for the charged offense. wondering cause we dont know where she is.

You say he has been charged, so his choosing to be a fugitive won't make the charge go away. The statute of limitations stops running when somebody is charged.
