    Default Alabama Age Of Consent

    I know the age of consent is 16 in the state of alabama. My daughter is 17 and pregnant by a 20 year old man. Do my husband and I as her parents have any rights at all to press any kind of charges against this man?

    You might check into special laws regarding age differences and minors. However you do as the parent have the right to forbid him from seeing her.
