So no one thinks the harassment i recieved from his wife is enough to move like I did? Is there a good chance he could get full custody because of what I did. Is this considered parental kidnapping?
No. It was not enough to defy a COURT ORDER. I will say this once again and for the third time...There is NEVER a "good" reason to thumb you nose at a ORDER from the COURT. NEVER. EVER. Even if.

You had legal recourse for the so called harassment from the stepmother...You chose to ignore your legal remedies and take off. Now that you are caught your claims of harassment won't be very credible.

If is possible that if he should seek a change in custody because of your blatant disregard for HIS rights as a parent, a Judge could order a change of custody. He could also order a bond so that if you try this stunt again you will loose the bond money.

It is not parental kidnapping...It's Contempt of Court. Perhaps Parental Interference.

There are other legal avenues available to deal with this (like a restraining order). Simply deciding on your own to violate an already standing court order isn't one of them, and isn't going to win you any points when you're back in front of a judge fighting for your child.

Support case in WV. I moved recently to Ohio.

I have a 2 year old. I was on welfare for the first two years because I didn't want any help from the father. I just didn't want him to know he had a son.

Plus he plans on debunking the messages his wife sent me on myspace by saying that I created a profile and put his wifes picture on it and sent myself the harassing messages.
The first paragraph lends credence to the last paragraph.

Anyone who is willing to let the taxpayers support thier child just because she "didn't want help from the father" and because she "..just didn't want him to know had a son" is easily capable of making up things just to keep the father out of the child's life.

The father's wife may or may not have done the things you claim, however, in court you will have to PROVE that she did. A Judge is NOT going to take your word for it, and almost certainly will view your allegations as an attempt to prevent the father from exercising his rights.
