I resigned with about 7 weeks accrued vacation. I expected to get paid for it, but employer said no. I eaned 3 weeks a year, and while I requested to take vaction several times it was disaproved do to work load.

It seems to me that vacation is part of my total compensation package and If I can't use it, I should get paid for it when I leave the company. The company policy was use it or lose it.
