    Default Pending Misdemeanor

Hi, I live in Virginia, and I have not yet been convicted of a misdemeanor for domestic violence (I got into an argument with my brother who is four times my size.). Anyway, my court date isn't until Jan. I got an amazing job offer. The lady asked me if she ran a background check would anything come up. Of course I answered no because I assumed only convictions showed up and I am fairly positive that I will get off on this, because there was no physical altercation provoked by me. But now, I am paranoid because I am scared that my arrest and pending info will come up. this is not for a government job or anything like that. whats the likelihood?

We can't answer that because we have no idea how indepth a check the employer is running. All background checks are not created equal.
