    Default Concealment

Just wondering but is concealment a crime in louisiana or not?

Also, I've been looking through the threads on here for a few days now and notice a lot of people quoting various laws for different states and would like to know where people are going to get that info. Does anyone know of a good site online where I can browse through shoplifting info for various states on my own?
