Exclamation My Co-Workers Are Getting Sexual Harrassed

I work in a Customer Service department. I work primarily with female coworkers. I have noticed sexual harrassment going on since the moment I started working there. There was an occassion where the CSR Supervisor asked another female employee about "meeting at the hotel after work". Now, she quit and no longer works there. But he continued his harrassment with other employees, he verbarly harrased, by emails (emails were deleted), and he even unbutton one of the girls bras. As a department, we all tried to bring it up to our VP of Finance, CEO, and management. They said the girls were irrational and took the CSR Supervisors actions the wrong way. The CSR Supervisor totally changed the story and the upper Management believed him. Now, one of the employees that got sexually harrased got written up for not logging on to her phone. We believe they are trying to fire the evidence. Also another of my coworkers got harrased by another employee, he went up to her and said something about her "bra matching her thong", my coworker looked very surprised and then he commented "what? are you going to do sexual harrasment against me?" they now take it as a joke! I sent an anonymous email to the owner of the company but nothing was done. The manager never ever got suspended or an investigation took place, they did interviewed one of them and she was told she will be safe, but now she got written up. What next?

Notify HR, NOT by anonymous email. Anonymous messages are rarely if ever addressed.

File a sexual harassment complaint with EEOC.

I would notify HR in person & the employees harassed can also put in complaints with the EEOC....or they can wait & see if it stops after HR is notified.
