Default Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree Felony Charge

I was recently arrested in the state of Florida for a 3rd Degree Felony of Criminal Mischief.

The person that filed the complaint now wishes to have the charges dropped.

    1) Is this even a possibility?

    2) How would one go about doing this?

    Thank you.

Default Re: Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree Felony Charge

Is it possible? It's possible. Is it likely? It will depend on the facts, and what the prosecutor decides is appropriate.

The victim can talk to the prosecutor.
