    Default First Energy Easement

We purchased our home about 1 1/2 years ago. The new addition and gazebo was built in 1994 with the approved permits from the city. First Energy sent us a agreement to sign stating we had 30 days to remove gazebo and also we could retain the new addition as long as we purchased 500,000 worth of liability insurance, it also states that they have the right to come in and remove the new addition at our expense at any time the see fit. Also it says that we will hold them harmless against any and all liabilities. All because we called them when we were getting shocked by unplugged cords, painting the gazebo, anyone would have called them with a concern.I held a florescent light up toward the lines and it lights up. The agreement also says that if we dont agree that they will remove everything from easement at our expense. Should we sign this agreement? We are in Ohio
