    Question Consent For Judgment

I live in PA. I was served with notice I am being sued for a credit card debt. I contacted the lawyer that was listed and made payment arrangements. She said I would receive a contract to sign and send in with my first payment.. It is a consent for judgement. What should I do?

    Default Re: Consent For Judgment

If you wish to consent to a judgment, execute it and return it. If not, don't, and the lawsuit will proceed.
