i was recently victimized by credit card fraud. someone used my credit card to purchase a television and it was sent to my house. the vendor was notified of the fraud and my account was credited. however, the vendor has not picked up the television. the vendor has indicated that he will reimburse me for shipping costs. however, i refused and have insisted on some sort of pre-paid label. do i have a right to refuse to pay these shipping costs? what happens if the vendor makes no further effort to retrieve the television?
