Default Selling Land With Installment Payments

I am selling a land, and I don't know how to write which will state that the buyer can only have the land title and the deed of sale, after completion of the total payment, because the payment is done on a installment basis and it should also be written there each payment the buyer made.

I hope you guys understand what i mean..

hope to hear from you thanks in advance

If you're trying to sell real estate on a land contract, you should be able to get a standard form contract at an office supply store, but given your limited language skills I suggest that you hire a lawyer to draft the land contract and to file it for you with the register of deeds.
