Emancipation at 16 in California

Hi, I am 16 years old and live in califrnia. My parents are divorced and my brother and I live with both of them every other week. They live about 20 min away from each other. I attend school everyday, and participate in afterschool sports. I currently have gpa of 3.0. I do not have a job.

My father is very nice, careing, and loves me. My mother on the other hand is horrible. She has a boyfriend that she has been dating for over a year, and he is her whole life. She adores my brother, but she could care less about me. I am very depresed when I have to go to my mothers house. I recetly tried to kill myself while at my mothers house, because I was so depresed.

I would like to move in with my father permenitly. But I do not know how, or if I can move in with permenitly. If you know how I can please let me know.
