Florida

My daughter is a freshman attending college in Florida. Last weekend she was with a group of friends, some of legal drinking age, at an outdoor concert. The group had arrived early for the concert and were tailgating. An events security person approched the car in the parking lot and gave all persons not 21 a ticket for underage drinking. My daughter was not drinking and asked why she was being cited. Although the security person did not see her drink he said that the cups on the ground could have belonged to her and the other girls. What should my daughter do? As of now she has a court date next month. Some say she should do the online alcohol course and take it with her to court. Does this make her look guilty when she is not?
