It is impossible to advise you without knowing a lot more about your situation, debt, future income, etc. Most student loan debt can't ordinarily be discharged in bankruptcy; credit card debt usually can, although the credit card companies recently got a law passed to make it harder. So you would want to make a list of your creditors and the amounts you owe them, and then figure out with a bankruptcy lawyer which of your debts are likely to be discharged in bankruptcy.

You can look into credit counseling, but that can do damage to your credit report similar to a bankruptcy. So you should probably be thinking about the option which most helps you move forward with the rest of your life.
