    Default Is a Verbal Settlement Agreement Binding

    i recently verbally agreed to a settlement and now i dont want to. is it legally binding? im in washington state. i havent signed anything.

    The court can NOT accept this as a done deal until you sign the waiver or release which releases your employer from liability from this work injury and in return you get the settlement offer. So I am saying you have the right to change your mind up to the moment after you sign the court documents and release. I hope I understood your question correctly??
