    Default Revealing Private Information

    Quick question:

This may be a stupid question. I'm not sure if this is anything or not. I live in the Ft. Worth area. I had my nails done at a nail salon and mistakenly bounced a check. The nail lady went to Vietnam for 6 weeks. When she returned she was showing the bounced check to all her clients. Is that public information? I've seen photocopies of checks at stores so I'm thinking this is OK, but it's irritating to say the very least. I paid it, and just wanted your thoughts...I personally think it should be private but who knows this day in age???

    Thanks!

Well, while it was not a professional thing to do, it isn't illegal.
