[/b] As part of a divorce in1989, a quit claim was signed by my wife I was divorcing, the quit claim was for a piece of vacant land that I owned (her name was not registered or on file for this piece of property, my name is the only name on file) however she signed the quitcalim as part of the divorce, however in signing her rights over to me, instead of signing them to me alone, she also included our two adults sons...example The grantor JaneDoe a woman,w ife of John Doe, whose addrss is etc etc a married man, John Doe 2 a married man and John Doe 3 s single man, as joint tenants with full rights of survirvorship.....the following described premises situated in etc etc of etc etc....etc This deed is given for the purpose of extingusihing all dower rights and other rights of the Grantor in aid premises which arise out of the martial relationship etc. The second son has since gotten married also.
Question If I now want to sell the property, and ask my sons to sign a quit claim...do THEIR spouses need to sign also...?
