Default Seventeen-Year-Old Girl Sent to Boot Camp

My girlfriend is 17 years old and she just got sent to a boot camp academy and need to know more information. Is there any way to get her out of that place? Any tricks around it or do we have to wait til her mom releases her or when she turns 18years old? When she is 18year old can she just leave the boot camp or does she have to stay until her parents say she can come out? Need some answers. Please help.

Q: Is there any way to get her out of that place?

A: Yes; she should fully comply with all orders given to her and she should not make any trouble whatsoever.

With influences like you I see why her parents felt she needed boot camp

Before you start giving judgement on someone you should understand the full story first. I am not involved in this situation. She got sent to bootcamp because she was talking back to her mom and arguing with her. Her mom is old fashion from Asia and her brother in North Carolina said to send her there. I did not influence her to do anything. She was attempting to run away but I was the one who kept her at home and to just let time ride away and let things get better between her family, but she suprised her with boot camp.

I'm just trying to get her out because I know this isn't going to help her. She has health problems and does not deserve to be there just because of a stupid argument.

You want to help her stay out of it! Argueing and running away are serious. Serious enough her parents felt it in her best interest to send her to boot camp. You don't know her situation your guessing or going by her views. Clearly a counselor etc felt it serious enough for boot camp. Your trying to find methods to get her out ar enot helping its called enabling

actually i know both point of views, I am very close to the parents as well that is why i did not encourage her to run away. Also her parents were not aware of her eagerness to run away. Her parents are very old fashions as i stated and her mom's brother told her to send her to boot camp because he has heard many good results from boot camp. In an old fashion family, talking back to your parents or giving an opinion that disagrees with the parent is a SERIOUS sign of disrespect to them.

I was just simply asking if she will be able to leave as soon as she turns 18years old while attending the boot camp?

Mr. there is more to this than your telling or you know. boot Camp isnt going to accept a child just because they disagree with parents. Boot Camp is for extreme cases not for simple disagreements.

Actually, you know only probably what each party WANTS you to know... especially if they are a very "old fashioned" family (as you stated). Typically, old fashioned families don't spew their business to non family members the way you would like to think they probably do.. There are probably a lot of closed door conversations that you are not privy to.

Also, I have no idea where you come from, but where I come from talking back and arguing with the people who sustain your life is never ok. Maybe it's this new fandangled parenting going on...

boot camp is a joke, you can send anyone there for any reasons. Its twisted, they listen only to the parents. They don't do investigation on the family, and the way i got my informations is from several family members like her younger brother that has been informed about her sister and also aunt that told me to keep it confidential and not to let her parents know i know about all this information.... because i am not part of the family.

Regardless this site is worthless if no one is going to answer the question. I guess its another one of those forums where ppl just like to talk crap and not give information on a question.

look at cops out there, i bet you they could give you a ticket on the street for something you did not do, and if they showed up to court to testify against you, who would win the case.... hmmm i know for a fact no you, because i have several cop friends who have already told me the court system is twisted, and so if boot camp....
