    Question Married Teenager and Emancipation

In NC, if a 16 year old is pregnant and legally married, , but abandoned by the husband, can this child legally leave the home of her custodial parent and be emancipated? If so, HOW? This is a near desperate situation. The Grandmother has custody and the Biological father has been absent for nine years, the child wants to go live with biological mother, but Grandmother says no. What can this child do? What can the biological mother do? The child wants to leave because she is pregnant and Grandmother won't take her to a Dr. because the father of baby is over age and AWOL.
