Default No Contact Order and Possible Probation Violation

I am in California, and there is a no-contact criminal protective order against my wife for domestic violence. She is the perp. She is bound by the protective no-contact order to "not annoy, harass, ... or do anything that might disturb the peace" of those protected, namely me, for three years. She is also on probation for three years.
Well, she has repeatedly (3 times) called either the police or CPS to come and "check on the welfare of the children" of whom I have sole legal and physical custody. She has claimed, and the claims have been found to be false by all the authorities involved, that there is possible abuse going on and that my parents and my brother are abusive alcoholic people. To me this is very harrassing, annoying, and most assuredly disturbing our peace, which is all I want - PEACE! Does this constitute a violation of the No-Contact order and/or her probation?

Report her conduct to the prosecutor in charge of her criminal case.

I have and she (the D.A.)told me to tell the police, and I have, but I haven't heard anything back, and was just wondering what I might expect to happen...the policeman seemed to be very certain that she was in violation of at least one of the two if not both (protective order and probation), because of the repeated incidents.

Thank you for your quick reply, and I am just wondering what someone on this forum thinks about all this, as the DA isn't really giving me her opinion yet. Also I was wondering in these types of situations do they warn someone to stop or do they consider the fact that they are already on probation as the warning.

It sounds like you've done what you can and the rest is up to the prosecutor. I don't know this particular prosecutor's policies or attitudes in this type of situation.

In the meantime, if you don't mind do you think you could tell me what you at least think about what happened? I would really appreciate any thoughts you have on this subject, thanks so much

I'm in a similar situation and am curious to know the outcome so please update when you hear from the police dept.

I was also told by the DA to contact the police and his probation officer. The P.O. made a copy of all his "false claims" police reports and put them in his file. I haven't heard back from the police either since Monday.

Does anyone have any thoughts about whether this is a restraining order violation or probation violation?

From what you have said, it could be both.
