I am in California, and there is a no-contact criminal protective order against my wife for domestic violence. She is the perp. She is bound by the protective no-contact order to "not annoy, harass, ... or do anything that might disturb the peace" of those protected, namely me, for three years. She is also on probation for three years.
Well, she has repeatedly (3 times) called either the police or CPS to come and "check on the welfare of the children" of whom I have sole legal and physical custody. She has claimed, and the claims have been found to be false by all the authorities involved, that there is possible abuse going on and that my parents and my brother are abusive alcoholic people. To me this is very harrassing, annoying, and most assuredly disturbing our peace, which is all I want - PEACE! Does this constitute a violation of the No-Contact order and/or her probation?
