How and why are you expecting to file both a 7 and a 13?
Well, I was told I could file both by my former attorney (when I filed for the first time in 12/06) so that I could keep my car but would be allieviated of the medical bills and credit card debt. I've never filed for bankruptcy before 12/06.

Just to clarify- I'm not sure right now if 7 or 13 allows a payment thru a trustee and then vice versa without looking thru my paper work which is at home.I was told that I could file one and be allieviated of the debt totally (my medical bills and credit card debt) and then file the other in order to arrange payments of my student loans (which are federal) and the IRS (which I've paid off already on my own) and my car (which I need in order to get to work). Like I said 12/06 was the first time ever that I attempted to file for any kind of bankruptcy. And fyi, I live in Alabama.
