I work in NJ. Can anyone tell me what constitutes breach of contract by an employer? My contract clearly states my job functions but now because we've lost 30% of our workforce over the last 8 months, my boss has changed and they are giving me other work to do. This additional work is clearly not my function and I wasn't asked or informed ahead of time.
There are other things as well but I'm looking for a general description for NJ.
