Unfortunately my September rent was past due and I was served an eviction notice. I worked it out with the manager of the complex so that I was able to pay the day after the eviction court date. Now because of that same financial situation, October's rent is late. I was told by the manager that if I didn't pay she would send me to the lawyer. My question are: Is she still required to serve me a 3-day Demand for Payment or Possession notice? Can she enforce the eviction from September after she accepted rent for that month?
