Hello,
I've applied for naturalization November 2003. On october, 2004 had a successfull interview, whichafter received a continuation letter (N-14) asking me to submit a missing birth certificate. I was born in Bulgaria.
In less than 30 days I submitted the missing birth certificate, unfortunately without accompanying it with an english translation.
Now September 2005 I received a letter of decision, denying my N-400 application. In this same letter I've been given 30 day time to request a hearing.
Would INS accept it if I were to send back the hearing request with the translation of my birth certificate? Thanks.
Regards,
Kasim
