Default Overstayed And Married to a U.S. Citizen

Hi All! I entered the U.S. multiple times before but last 2002 when i last entered the country legally I overstayed having my visa and i-94 expire. I was just recently married to my girlfriend(US born/citizen) of 3 years and I'm working on all the forms (I-485,I-130,G-365,Affidavit of Support etc...) I have a few questions about my application and I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could save me some $$$ to go to a lawyer. Were both 19yrs old btw.

I have a few minor questions on what to state regarding form I-130:
*My mom is here legally and overstayed aswell. I-130 asks where my parents are currently staying. If i say here then im afraid she might get deported or w/e and if i lie then i might get screwed. I told my mom I have to right her down since its the less of 2 evils.

*Also, I have been working llegally and didnt file taxes of any kind. Do I state that I have been working or no? I worked for a close family friend and I dont want them to get screwed.

Also if you guys know if I'm going to face some problems with my application regarding my current status (i.e. i get denied because im this and that) I would appreciate the heads up. Thanks Alot!!

If you lie and are caught, you can expect your application to be denied, with serious implications for any future attempt to enter the U.S.

Yeah Ive asked a few people I know that were in the same position as I am and my aunt who is a paralegal also said the same things. I would never lie in my application its just that my sister who also married her long time boyfriend around 2002

Most of the time overstay and working illegal is forgiven, so you should have no problems, tell the truth on your paperwork, because if you are found to be lying, there could be repercussions.

As for your Mom, Did your sister marry a USC, if so can she not sponsor your Mom to get her legal

Dont forget to fill in the I-765 Work Authorisation, as I beleive this is in the price of the I-485, whatever you do, dont bother with Advance Parole, wait till you get your GC before leaving the country for Vacations, as you may have problems entering the US, and will be slapped with the 10year bar.
