Default Moving Early After Giving Thirty-Day Notice to Quit

In california, if I get a 30 day notice, and I leave in 9 days, does the law consider me responsible for all 30 days, or is that up to the landlord?

Default Re: 30 Day notice to quit question

You are responsible for the full 30 days unless the LL re-rents the place before that time period is up.
