Default What's Enough to Get Emancipated

Ok she's 15 turning 16 in 4 weeks. Her mother overdoses constantly on pills (depressants and pain killers) and alcohol. Her step dad is going senile (in his 70's about to die from blood cancer and other stuff lots of heart problems because her mother secretly drugs him to kill him). Her mom won't let her leave the house and constantly yells at her to clean everything and acts like her daughters cruel and doesn't love her. Neither of her parents are employed and both live at home (her mom in 50's). All this girl ever does is CONSTANTLY cry and feels completely miserable and trapped. Also when ever she argues back her mom is physically aggressive with her twisting her arm, hitting her with objects etc, takes all rights away from her (no talking on phone, no going outside, no internet etc no anything ALWAYS never ending). The daughter is VERY short and weighs about 98 pounds, the mom is huge and fat and weighs about 160-180.

Ok IF i agreed to take her in (shelter, food, help her get a job finish school) will the courts emancipate her how hard/easy will this case be?

ALSO she has a real dad... who ACTS like he loves her that might take her in as well.... Is there away to get her transfered to be with her real dad instead of mom?

Q: Does she have enough to Get Emancipated?

A: No. She needs one more thing: A full-time job where she makes enough money to support herself 100% (which is, after all, the definition of emancipation).

what I'm worried about is she doesn't HAVE her parents permission to leave her mom likes her to have to suffer with her in her drug addict misery... Will they just put her in a foster home or will they actually let her be emancipated? When she was younger she was taken away from her mom for same problem... and her mom fought and got her back though she has same problem again..

That doesn't sound like a good basis for a marriage.
