    Default Daughter Repeatedly Steals Money

My daughter seems to think that if she is clever enough to locate my money, she has a right to steal it. She began in 1997 when, at the age of 12, she stole 6 $100 bills to pay a friend's car insurance. In the summer of 1999, she took my ATM card every night, and in one month, stole $6,500 from my account. I got a new car this year and she used the smart key to steal $240 from the coin box. We disabled the smart keys. She moved my car for me in March and stole the entire proceeds of the sale of my previous car, from the trunk, while she had my key for five minutes. Last week I suspect she stole $600 from a plastic bag in the side pocket of my door. Her fingerprints would have no business being on that plastic bag. If I go to the police, they find her prints on the bag and I file charges, what will happen? Anything?

For 10 years this has been a problem and yet you continue to leave large amounts of cash all over...strange...

Have you taken your daughter to get help for her problem?

If charges are authorized, she would be prosecuted.
