A warrent issued 12 years ago in MI arrested in TX 5 days later non vilent or drug related. Can this charge still be brought forward or enen tolled. They had ability to extradite me and did not

The statute of limitations would run up to the time a warrant is issued, so your flight from justice won't prevent prosecution. They don't have to extradite you any time you get picked up in another jurisdiction.
