Default Parent's Responsibility to the Court After Minor Turns 18

Was not sure where exactly to post this but My GF son has current charges pending and is turning 18 in two weeks we are having issues with him not taking medication and want him to move out.

Originally when he was charged she signed papers stating he would show to court. My ? is she stilll bound to these when he turns 18 and if we make him move out are there any issues she should worry about..

I realize he is 18 and considered an adult and he could just up and refuse to go to court and refuse to do anything.I just dont want to his mother to get in trouble for his bull****

I haven't read the "papers" she has signed. If it's conditions on a bond she posted, those will remain in effect.
